Sale of Goods

 

1. Orders and Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order via the on-line Shopping Basket and Checkout system. We reserve the right not to accept the Purchaser’s order: in this case your money will be refunded via PayPal. We may accept payment by cheque for telephone or email orders, but goods will not be despatched until payment has been received and confirmed as cleared.

 

2. Security

On-line payment is made via the PayPal secure payments system. We do not at any time have access to credit or debit card details.

 

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and unless stated otherwise include delivery to a UK address. We are not VAT registered and therefore VAT is not chargeable or applicable. Prices quoted may change without notice. This will normally happen on an annual basis, but may occur at any time if our costs change significantly.

 

4. Delivery

Delivery will be via Royal Mail to UK addresses only. We do not deliver to overseas addresses.

 

5. Return of Goods

If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, or simply change your mind, you may cancel your order within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. In this event the goods must be returned at your own expense intact, unused and as far as possible in the original packaging. We will refund the full cost of the item(s) less postage and packaging and a 10% administration fee once the goods have been returned. Please contact us by phone or email before you return any goods.

 

6. Faulty Goods

Faulty goods may be returned within 7 working days of receipt, complete including the original packaging.  Please contact us by phone or email before returning any goods. We will replace the goods or make a full refund.

 

7. Warranty

Electrical goods supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that they register the warranty and do not invalidate it in any way.

 

8. Liability

We have no control over the situations and circumstances in which products supplied by us are used and therefore accept no liability for their use or misuse, and any ensuing consequences. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that products are used correctly and in compliance with all relevant legislation.

 

9. Images

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
